Cheerjet Pty Ltd supplies plywood and related products to customers in Australia.
We provide local delivery options, as well as order pickup from our warehouse.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We provide free delivery within 10 km of our store location.
Free delivery applies to eligible orders delivered within the applicable 10 km local delivery area.
The delivery address will be checked to determine whether it falls within the free local delivery area.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE FREE LOCAL AREA
If your delivery address is outside the 10 km free-delivery area, delivery may still be available.
Delivery charges depend on factors such as the delivery location, order size and delivery requirements.
Please contact us via WhatsApp for a delivery quote before placing or completing an order where applicable.
A delivery charge may apply for locations outside the free local delivery area.
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
Because plywood and building materials can vary significantly in size, quantity and weight, delivery arrangements may depend on the products ordered and the delivery location.
We may contact you to confirm delivery details before arranging delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and any information reasonably required to complete the delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order requirements, delivery location and scheduling.
Where a specific delivery timeframe is available, we will communicate the expected timeframe to the customer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers may collect online orders from our warehouse once the order is ready.

We do not provide overseas or international shipping.
Orders and deliveries are currently limited to Australia.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise appears to have an issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
