RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Cheerjet Pty Ltd, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased from us and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose your products carefully. We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size or thickness, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or no longer require the product.
We may, at our discretion, consider a change-of-mind return where the goods are unused, undamaged and in their original saleable condition. Any such return must be approved by us before the goods are returned. Delivery, collection and return transport costs may apply.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your products as soon as reasonably possible after collection or delivery.
If you believe that an item is damaged, defective, does not match its description, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at cheerjetau@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photos of the product and the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where a failure is minor, we may provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless required by the Australian Consumer Law, we generally cannot accept returns for:
• products that have been cut, drilled, painted, installed, altered or otherwise used;
• custom-made or special-order products;
• products damaged due to incorrect storage, handling, installation or misuse by the customer;
• products that are no longer in their original saleable condition; or
• change-of-mind purchases that have not been approved for return.
Sale or promotional items are subject to the same rights and remedies provided by the Australian Consumer Law where the product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any product. Due to the size and weight of plywood and other building materials, returns must be arranged with us in advance.
Do not send or deliver returned goods without prior approval.
Where a return is accepted for reasons that are not related to a failure under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for applicable return transport or collection costs.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
